Overview:
Optigy is seeking an experienced NP or PA to support a high-quality orthopedic practice specializing in total knees and total hips. The provider will manage pre-op, post-op, and follow-up visits, perform cortisone injections, and read X-rays. This is a weekday position with a manageable patient load and rotating practice call.

Key Details:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 40 hours/week

• Start & End Dates: January 1, 2026 – March 31, 2026

• Patients per Day: 15 or fewer

• Practice Call: 1 week every 4th week

• Locations:

  • Alpharetta, GA (primary clinic)

  • 2800 Buford Drive, Suite 410, Buford, GA 30519

• Contract Type: Daily OT after 24 hours | Weekly OT after 40 hours

Requirements:

• NP or PA with orthopedic clinical experience

• Ability to perform cortisone injections and read X-rays

• Comfortable with pre-op, post-op, and follow-up patient management

• Local candidate required (no travel)
