Primary Care Nurse Practitioner – Fort Lauderdale, FL

COMPENSATION: Salary $140k + $10k Bonus

Transportation is provided to patients that need it at no charge.

Role:
· Compensation: $140k
· Bonus: Up to 10k year 1 and goes up as a partner.
· 18 patients a day
· Hours: Monday – Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7:30a – 5:00p (last patient is scheduled at 4:15)
· Work/Life Balance
· Small Patient Panel – 450 patients’ max
· Administrative time included in schedule
· No nights or weekends
· 100% outpatient

· Dedicated Care and support team (have your own MA/Scheduler & Referral Specialist)
· Patient Population: Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases

Requirements:
· Board Certified Family Medicine or Geriatric Medicine

· Bilingual: Spanish Speaking
