Primary Care Physician – Fort Myers, FL
COMPENSATION: Salary $250k+ Incentive Bonus + Signing Bonus up to $50k

Our client is a physician-led, mission-driven primary care organization dedicated to transforming healthcare for seniors through high-quality, value-based care. To support continued growth, our client is seeking high-caliber primary care physicians and clinical leaders who are motivated by purpose, professional development, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and communities.

Role:

• Compensation: Base $250k
• Bonus: Up to 10% of base salary
• Partnership: No Buy-in.
• 18-22 patients a day
• Hours: Monday – Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7:30a – 5:00p (last patient is scheduled at 4:15)
• Work/Life Balance
• Small Patient Panel – 450 patients’ max
• Administrative time included in schedule
• No nights or in hospital call
• 100% outpatient
• Dedicated Care and support team (have your own MA/Scheduler/Referral specialist)
• Patient Population: Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases
• Value Based Care

Requirements:

• Residency Trained IM/FM
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in: FM, IM or Geriatric Medicine
