o 300 average monthly cases

o Types of Cases: Ortho, Eyes, Urology, Hand, ENT, No Peds
o Majority Case Type: Ortho, Eyes, Urology

o Epic
o Voice Recognition
• Travel:
o Hospital will cover.
• Credentialing timeline:
o 30-90
• Requirements:
o BLS, ACLS,
o FL State License.
o FL ARNP License
o 2 years’ experience required.
o No Prior Malpractice or background issues – clean files only
