Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $43–$55/hour (depending on experience)

• Sign-on Bonus: Based on experience

• Relocation Assistance: Negotiable

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday

• Flexible shifts between 8 AM – 6 PM

• No weekends

Your Role:
As a Physical Therapist, you’ll be an integral part of a team focused on restoring function, relieving pain, and preventing injury. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing personalized treatment plans for orthopedic patients

• Implementing injury prevention & early intervention programs

• Conducting ergonomic assessments and worksite safety evaluations

• Delivering post-offer employment testing & work conditioning

• Educating patients on wellness, mobility, and long-term self-care

• Documenting patient progress using EMR

• Engaging in professional development and certification opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• Physical Therapy Degree (Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s)

• Active New Mexico Physical Therapy License (or eligibility)

• Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics and workplace ergonomics

• Team player with excellent communication skills
