-Start: January 26th 2026
-End: January 23rd 2027
•Shifts:
-Monday through Friday
-9 am to 3 pm
-Saturday Rotation: 1 Saturday per month (replacing one weekday shift that same week)
-Evening Rotation: 2 evening shifts per month
•Setting:
-Outpatient
•EMR:
-Athena
•Board Certification:
-Internal Medicine Physician
-Board Eligible is acceptable
•Credentialing timeline:
-60 to 90 days
-Emergency privileges available
•Requirements:
-Active NY license (IMLC is accepted)
-Active NY DEA
