-Family Medicine – MD
•Coverage needs:
-Start: January 26th 2026
-End: January 23rd 2027
•Shifts:
-Monday through Friday
-9 am to 3 pm
-Saturday Rotation: 1 Saturday per month (in lieu of one weekday shift during that same week)
-Evening Rotation: 2 evening shifts per month
•Setting:
-Outpatient
•Cases:
-General medicine, bloodwork, laboratory services, and other procedures
-Average 15 to 25 patients per day
•EMR:
-Athena
•Board Certification:
-Family Medicine Physician
-Board Eligible is acceptable
•Credentialing timeline:
-60 to 90 days
•Requirements:
-Active NY license or IMLC
-Active NY DEA
-ACLS
