We welcome physicians with Value-Based Care (VBC) experience as well as those eager to learn.

• Multiple Locations Available Across Richmond
• 300K+ earning potential
• Signing Bonus: Up to $50K
• Partnership: No buy-in; typically achieved within 12–18 months
• Monday–Friday, no nights, no weekends
• 18 patients/day with a small patient panel
• You’ll have your own MA, scheduler, and referral specialist
