• Practice Type: outpatient primary care practice

• Integrated AI tool for dictation, documentation, and summaries

Position Details:

• Specialties: Internal Medicine / Family Medicine
• Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 32 patient-facing hours, 8 administrative hours/week

• Call: None

Compensation & Incentives:

• Base Salary: $230,000 – $250,000
• Start Bonus: $10,000 – $20,000
• Retention Bonus: Paid at 1-year anniversary
• Productivity Bonus:

• Kicks in after first year
• Potential total compensation: $300K+ by Year 2

• Partnership Track:

• Available after Year 3
• Includes base + productivity + equity
