We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support our Family Medicine / Primary Care teams while leading clinical training initiatives across Manatee County.

This unique leadership role combines patient care with provider education—perfect for an APP who loves mentoring, teaching, and elevating care standards for adults and senior populations throughout Florida.

Position Highlights

• Manatee County Provider Trainer

  • Lead new provider onboarding

  • Deliver EMR and workflow training

  • Provide ongoing clinical education and mentorship

  • Assist with provider scheduling and operational coordination

• Established, High-Volume Clinic with strong support staff

• Compensation: Income potential $170K+

• No Call Responsibilities

• Mostly Local Travel within Manatee County; occasional travel across South Florida with advance notice
