• Clinical Focus: 50% Hematology / 50% Oncology

• Practice Setting: Primarily outpatient with limited hospital consults

• Environment: Independent, community-based oncology group

• Team Structure: Collaborative care model with experienced Hematology/Oncology physicians and advanced practice providers

• Schedule: Shared call rotation (1:4)

• Experience Level: New graduates encouraged to apply; structured mentorship and onboarding provided
