Position Overview:

• Specialty: Hematology & Oncology (50/50 split)
• Setting: 100% Outpatient with hospital consults (no inpatient admissions)
• Practice Type: Private, community-based oncology group

• Team: Currently 4 Hem/Onc physicians

• EMR: eClinicalWorks
• Hours: Monday–Friday Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Patient Volume: up to 20 Patients per Day
• New grads: Welcomed and encouraged to apply
• Call:1:4
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $500k
• Productivity Bonus: Ancillary revenue-based bonus
• Average Physician Income: $600K+
