Summary:

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts; 24/7 physician coverage (days/nights/weekends as scheduled)

• On-call: None | Schedule type: Flexible

• ED volume: ~13,000 annually | Beds: ~29 inpatient; ED: 10 beds (trauma room, minor care, hazmat, triage)

• EMR: EM PowerDocs

• Setting: Critical Access; EM – Acute Care

• Moonlighting: Residents accepted for moonlighting

• Overtime: Daily after 12 hrs; weekly after 168 hrs

Requirements:

• Training/Boards: BC/BE in EM/IM/FM with ED experience (boards not required)

• Certs: ACLS required; facility notes indicate ATLS required for Medical Director; some materials note ATLS/PALS within 6 months—role-dependent

• Docs/Compliance: CME (past 2 yrs), recent procedure logs, Flu & TB, medical clearance, BNDD (MO controlled substance), DEA, Tdap, Quantiferon TB or 2-step PPD (CXR if prior positive), MMR x2 or titers, Varicella x2 or titers, Hep B antibody quantitative, COVID vaccine or approved exemption, Flu vaccine
