We’re seeking a mission-driven Primary Care Physician to join a well-established, value-based care organization in the greater Los Angeles area. This is an outpatient-only position focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to an adult and senior population.

Your Role

• Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and senior patients in an outpatient setting
• Manage acute and chronic conditions while focusing on preventive medicine and wellness
• Partner with care teams to meet quality metrics such as HEDIS and STAR measures
• Participate in daily huddles, team meetings, and ongoing process improvement efforts
• Foster meaningful patient relationships through education, accessibility, and continuity of care
