PRACTICE FULL-SCOPE FAMILY MEDICINE

Step into a comprehensive primary care role where you’ll manage a diverse outpatient population and provide continuity across acute, chronic, and preventive care.

Your practice will include:

• Chronic Disease Management
• Acute Care Visits
• Annual Wellness Visits
• Annual Physical Exams
• Well Child Visits
• Transition of Care Management
• Preventive Care
• Epic In Basket Cross-Coverage

USE YOUR PROCEDURAL SKILLS

Physicians with appropriate training may also have the opportunity to perform:

• Joint Injections
• IUD Insertions
• Implantable Contraception
• Incision and Drainage of Abscesses
• Skin Biopsies

Prenatal care is optional for physicians with appropriate training and documentation.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• MD or DO
• Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Strong outpatient Family Medicine experience
• Epic experience is essential
• Comfortable managing comprehensive primary care
• Able to provide Epic In Basket cross-coverage
• Office procedure experience is a plus
