We’re seeking an experienced Urgent Care MD/DO for locum tenens coverage in Nebraska. This opportunity offers a straightforward Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule, a full clinical support team, and the potential for ongoing coverage and future weekday shifts.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a hands-on Urgent Care assignment covering a broad mix of common acute illnesses, minor injuries, physicals, and routine procedures.

You’ll manage approximately 30-40 patients per day across a mixed adult and pediatric population while working alongside an established clinical and administrative support team.

The initial coverage need runs through November, December, and January, with the possibility of continuing beyond January.

CLINICAL SCOPE

Expect a traditional Urgent Care mix, including:

• Cold & Flu
• Acute Illnesses
• Minor Injuries
• Laceration Management
• General Physicals
• DOT Physicals
• Routine Urgent Care Procedures
• General Bread-and-Butter Urgent Care

Days: Saturday + Sunday
Hours: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• MD or DO
• Active Nebraska Medical License
• Active DEA
• Urgent Care Experience
• Comfortable Treating Adults + Pediatrics
• Comfortable With Approximately 30-40 Patients Per Day
• Proficient With Routine Urgent Care Procedures
• Comfortable With Laceration Management
• Ability to Perform Physicals + DOT Physicals
• Experity Experience a Plus
