He has held leadership roles at organizations such as ChenMed, Alteon Health, TeamHealth, and EmCare, where he developed and implemented recruitment strategies that placed hundreds of physicians and advanced practice providers in roles that make a meaningful impact. As Chief Operating Officer and Cofounder of Optigy Group, David focuses on creating efficient, high-quality hiring solutions that go beyond simply filling jobs—ensuring the right connections are made to improve patient care and help healthcare organizations grow. His expertise spans talent acquisition, operational strategy, business development, and sales, all with the goal of delivering recruitment solutions that truly make a difference. David earned a B.A. in Corporate Communications from Albright College. While his background began in digital media and marketing, he quickly found his passion in healthcare recruitment. A lifelong Philadelphia sports fan, David is also a dedicated husband, a special needs dad and advocate, and a proud volleyball dad. When he’s not working, he can often be found cheering on Philly teams or supporting his daughter’s volleyball journey.
