The Role

• 100% Outpatient Primary Care

• Compensation: $265,000 – $290,000 Base Salary Plus 20% Bonus

• Sign-On Bonus: $75,000

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

• Patient Volume: 12 – 14 per day

• Panel Size: Max 650 patients

• Team Support: Each physician is paired with a dedicated MA, scheduler, and referral specialist — plus full leadership support.

• Care Model: Value-Based Care focused on patient outcomes and continuity.
