Primary Care Nurse Practitioner – Richmond, VA

COMPENSATION: Salary $145k + $10% of Base Bonus

We build relationships with our patients the old fashion way, we have a reduced patient panel that allows us to see them with a higher frequency. Simply put, we give our patients the time and respect they deserve and require.

Role:
· Compensation: $160k+
· 18-22 patients a day
· Monday – Friday work schedule
· Great Work/Life Balance
· Small Patient Panel – 450 patients’ max
· Administrative time included in schedule
· No nights or weekends
· 100% outpatient

· Dedicated Care and support team (have your own MA/Scheduler/
· Patient Population: Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases

Requirements:
