Job Description
Optigy Group
- Specialty:
- Emergency Medicine
- Will take ABEM, ABIM, or ABFM
- Coverage Needs:
- Need ASAP – Ongoing
- Need days/nights
- Shifts:
- 7a-7p OR 7p-7a
- Setting:
- Freestanding emergency department
- Level 3 trauma center
- 9 bed ED with 5 sub-waitings (4 recliners and 1 stretcher)
- Census:
- 26k annual volume
- Support Staff:
- 20 Hours APP Coverage- 10 hour shifts
- Subspecialty coverage: Radiology services, including X-ray, CT and ultrasound
- Procedures:
- All Standard ER procedures
- EMR:
- Cerner
- Board Certification:
- Board Certified or elligible Required
- Travel:
- Hospital will cover.
- Credentialing timeline:
- Expedited Onboarding hoping for ASAP start
- Requirements:
- Active TX state license
- Active DEA in TX or willing to transfer
- ATLS, ACLS, PALS
