- Monday to Thursday with option FRI, 7:30a to 4pm
- Census:
- 20-25 patients per day
- Setting:
- 100% Pain Management
- Support Staff:
- 2 APP backup
- Procedures:
- See new patient consults
- Follow up for procedures
- Perform injections
- Epidural
- Joint injections
- Botox
- Spinal cord and peripheral nerve stim
- Versed sedation
- EMR:
- EPIC
- Board Certification:
- BC or BE
- Travel:
- Facility will cover
- Credentialing timeline:
- 60-90 days for full privileges
- Requirements:
- Active SC license
- 2+ years of experience
- AHA certified BLS
- EPIC experience
