- Coverage Needs:
- Need 6/22 – Ongoing
- Shifts:
- Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
- Needing 4 days per week of coverage
- Setting:
- Outpatient facility
- Will see ages 12+ (mostly older population)
- EMR: ECW
- Census:
- average 20 pts per day
- Support Staff:
- CMA and full office staff
- Sole provider
- Procedures:
- All bread and Butter primary care
- Clinical model designed to reduce ER visits and admissions
- Board Certification:
- Board Certified Required
- Travel:
- Facility will cover
- Credentialing timeline:
- Expedited Onboarding
- Requirements:
- Active SC state license
- Active DEA in SC or willing to transfer
- BLS
