Bruce Stander

Bruce Stander is the Chief Technology Officer of Optigy Group, bringing more than 20 years of experience leading technology, operations and digital transformation initiatives across workforce solutions, healthcare and professional services organizations. His career spans entrepreneurship, operational leadership and technology innovation, with an early background in law enforcement that shaped his approach to leadership, communication and problem-solving.
As co-founder, board member and former Chief Technology Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Staffing Future, Bruce helped build and scale a global recruitment technology platform serving leading staffing organizations across the United States, Europe and the United Kingdom. At Optigy, he leads the company's technology strategy, cybersecurity, automation and innovation initiatives, ensuring technology supports operational excellence and exceptional partner and candidate experiences.
Outside of work, Bruce enjoys spending time with his wife and four children and pursuing his passion for dirt bikes, personal watercraft, and other motorsports throughout Southern California.
