- Coverage Needs:
- 8/1 – 9/19
- Shifts:
- Looking for 2-3 days per week and can be flexible with days and hours
- Office is open Monday – Friday 9am-5pm
- Setting:
- Outpatient Primary Care
- Ages 18+ only
- Census:
- 15-20 pts per day
- Support Staff:
- On call MD
- Physician Assistant
- Procedures:
- Bread and butter primary care
- Well women exams
- Diabetic wellness
- EMR:
- Practice Fusion
- Board Certification:
- Board Certified or Eligible
- Travel:
- Looking for commutable candidates ideally but will be open to travel considerations
- Credentialing timeline:
- 1 week
- Requirements:
- Active CA state license
- Active CA DEA
- Clean background
