Position Highlights

• 100% outpatient primary care
• 4.5 day work week, Monday-Friday with half day admin time from home
• Low Patients/ Day and small patient panel
• Established patient panel
• Collaborative physician and APP team
• Strong clinical and administrative support

Qualifications

• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP)
• Active Colorado license (or eligibility to obtain)
• DEA certification (or eligibility)
• Primary care experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
