Compensation: $95,000-$110,000 annually + Bonus Potential

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join a growing healthcare team serving adult and senior patients in the Sarasota/Lakewood Ranch area. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive physical therapy services with a strong focus on orthopedic conditions, mobility, functional recovery, and maintaining independence in an older adult population.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat adult and senior patients with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and mobility-related conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence
• Treat patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, chronic conditions, and age-related decline
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients on home exercises, mobility, fall prevention, and injury prevention
• Collaborate with providers and care teams to support patient outcomes and continuity of care
