We’re seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a busy, well-supported Emergency Department in Mount Vernon, OH. This full-time opportunity offers consistent scheduling, strong physician/APP coverage, and the chance to practice with autonomy in an established community hospital setting.

Assignment Highlights

• Location: Mount Vernon, OH
• Full-Time Emergency Medicine
• 12-Hour Weekday Shifts
• ~25,000-26,000 ED Visits Annually
• 17-Bed Emergency Department
• 115-Bed Community Hospital
• 24-Hour Physician Coverage
• 22-Hour APP Coverage Daily
• Approximately 45 miles from Columbus

Schedule

Monday-Friday: 9:30AM-9:30PM or 1:30PM-1:30AM
Weekends: 10AM-8PM or 2:30PM-12:30AM

What You’ll Need

• NP or PA
• NP: FNP or ACNP certification
• Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care experience preferred
• Ohio license or ability to obtain
• DEA
• BLS, ACLS & PALS
• NRP required for credentialing
• Ability to independently evaluate, diagnose and treat within scope
