Primary Care Physician – Pain & Musculoskeletal Care
Memphis, Tennessee | Full-Time | On-Site

We are looking for a Primary Care Physician to join our Memphis team in a unique role combining primary care, pain management, and musculoskeletal care.

This is a great opportunity for a physician who enjoys treating the whole patient while developing additional expertise in pain and musculoskeletal medicine. The role includes evaluation and management of adult patients with acute and chronic pain, musculoskeletal conditions, and related medical needs, with opportunities to perform office-based injections and procedures following training and competency validation.

You’ll also work closely with experienced interventional pain physicians, allowing for seamless coordination and referral when patients need advanced pain procedures.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and treat adult patients with acute and chronic pain and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans focused on pain relief, function, and quality of life.
• Provide primary care and appropriate medication management.
• Perform select office-based musculoskeletal and pain-related injections after training.
• Coordinate referrals to interventional pain physicians when advanced treatment is needed.
• Collaborate with and provide clinical support to Advanced Practice Providers.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with patients and the clinical team.

What We’re Looking For

• MD or DO with completion of a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency.
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Eligible for or currently holding a Tennessee medical license.
• Strong interest in pain, musculoskeletal care, or procedural medicine.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, outpatient environment.

Pain Medicine, Sports Medicine, or other pain/musculoskeletal training is a strong plus, but not required. We are open to physicians who are interested in expanding their procedural and pain-management skill set through training.

Compensation

Base salary plus, commensurate with experience and training, plus a collections-based incentive.
