$100,000 Sign-On Bonus | $270,000+ Base |

Join an innovative outpatient primary care organization focused on delivering thoughtful, patient-centered care for seniors. Our welcoming neighborhood clinics emphasize continuity, longer visits, and meaningful physician–patient relationships.

Highlights:

• Brand new Tucson center, paint still smells fresh

• Outpatient only | ~15 patients per day

• Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

• Minimal call (market-based rotation, extremely light)

• Dedicated care team per physician

• Transportation support (Uber/Lyft) and complimentary wellness programs for patients

Compensation & Benefits:

• $270,000+ base salary

• Up to 20% annual bonus

• $100,000 sign-on bonus (not a typo)

• Up to 29 days PTO

• Full benefits + malpractice with tail

Requirements:

• MD or DO

• Board Certified/Eligible FM or IM

• Geriatrics experience a plus

• Active medical license & DEA
