- Coverage Needs:
- Need ASAP – Ongoing
- Must be able to cover 5+ shifts per month
- Shifts:
- 7a-7p OR 7p-7a
- Setting:
- Independent community regional hospital
- Level 3 Trauma Center
- ICU support
- Also a level 2 stroke center
- Routinely handles Stroke alerts, STEMI activations, Trauma stabilization
- Census:
- 35 ED beds
- 36k annual volume
- Average 98 ED patients per day
- 22% Pediatric
- 5%, OBGYN
- 9% Trauma
- 12% Geriatric
- Support Staff:
- 24-36 Hours Advanced Practitioner Coverage (Fri-Mon 36 Hours; Tues-Thurs 24 Hours)
- APPs work between Main ED & Fast Track
- Procedures:
- All Standard ER procedures
- EMR:
- Meditech with Dragon
- Board Certification:
- Board Certified Required
- Travel:
- Hospital will cover
- Credentialing timeline:
- Will take 90 days
- Requirements:
- Active MO state license
- Active DEA and CDS in MO or willing to transfer
- ATLS, ACLS
