We’re partnering with a physician‑led, value‑based primary care group focused on caring for seniors with complex chronic needs. This model is built around smaller patient panels, frequent touchpoints, and strong interdisciplinary teams—allowing physicians to form real relationships and deliver high‑impact care without burnout.

Compensation & Growth

• Base salary: $240K–$260K+
• Year‑one bonus: Up to $20K (increases with tenure)
• Signing bonus: Up to $50,000
• Partnership track:
  • No buy‑in
  • Majority of physicians reach partnership within the first year

Qualifications 

• BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine or Geriatrics 
• Interest in relationship‑based, senior-focused care
• Geriatrics experience welcome, not required
