- Coverage Needs:
- Need 4/27 – Ongoing
- Open to Locums to Perm
- Shifts:
- Monday – Thursday 8am-6pm
- Setting:
- Outpatient facility
- Adults only 18+
- Athena EMR
- Census:
- 8-10 pts per day
- Support Staff:
- RN and full office support staff
- Procedures:
- All standard Primary/Occupational Care
- Client is in mining industry and will be seeing workers from site
- Board Certification:
- Board Certified preffered
- Travel:
- Facility will cover
- Credentialing timeline:
- Expedited Onboarding for4/27 start
- Requirements:
- Active NV state license
- Active DEA in NV or willing to transfer
- BLS
