MD�s on site supervise CRNA�s

Cases:� General, Ortho, plastics, ENT, GI, GYN, Eyes, PEDS

2-3 docs on site;├â?├é┬á CRNA’s 8-10 daily.├â?├é┬á

Paper charting- no EMR

Daily cases range anywhere from 45-80 per day

Duration:� 3 months

Shifts:Ã? Monday ââ?¬â?? Friday, 7a-3p, plus lunch break,Ã? no weekends

Minimum number of shifts per month:� 20 shifts

Setting:� Outpatient

MUST BE WILLING TO CROSS CREDENTIAL AND WORK� AT SURGERY CENTER AT JENSEN BEACH in addition to TCCS!!!!� 

Jensen Beach will require some pediatrics.� 

Privileges:� 60 days, Clean Files Only

Active FL State Medical License

Anesthesia Modality Checklist completed by the provider within 6 months

CV in complete month/year format covering all gaps of 30 days or more

Must include NPDB Self-Query for all providers who have malpractice claims or background issues.� 

Completed EVPS disclosure form

Clinical Interview may be required
