- Monday – Friday
- Call:
- Weekend Call 1:3-Ocassional 2 weekends a month
- Setting:
- Inpatient rounding, outpatient clinic, procedures and surgery utilizing cath/IR/hybrid/OR/Vascular lab, week and weekend call coverage, holiday call coverage, vascular testing reads
- Support Staff:
- 4 APP’s
- Will not be supervising
- Census:
- New & Established visit types only
- 2025 Clinic Volume: 5995 (combined between 3 surgeons)
- Procedures:
- Provider Productivity 90th percentile
- 2025 Volumes: 2371
- OR: 566
- Invasive: 1323
- Satellite: 184
- Minor Cosmetic: 276
- Testing Reads: 10195
- Proctoring requirement 5 cases
- EMR:
- Epic/Dragon
- Board Certification:
- Board Certified
- Travel:
- Hospital will cover
- Credentialing timeline:
- 30 days (can get temps with clean file)
- Requirements:
- BLS, ACLS
- MI State License or IMLC
- MI DEA or willing to transfer
