- Will take ABEM or ABIM/ABFM
- Coverage Needs:
- Need ASAP – Ongoing
- Must be able to cover 3+ shifts per month
- Must be open to days and nights
- Have 10-12 shifts per month to cover
- Shifts:
- 7a – 7p or 7p-7a
- Setting:
- Critical Access Hospital
- Level 3 trauma center
- Medium acuity
- Census:
- 10 ED beds
- 28k annual ED volume
- Support Staff:
- 24 hours of physician coverage daily
- Procedures:
- All Standard ER procedures
- Specialty services: Cardiology, Endocrinology, Pulmonary, Urology, Gastroenterology, ICU, Ortho, Psych, Radiology & Diagnostic Imaging, General Surgery
- EMR:
- Cerner
- Board Certification:
- Board Certified Required
- Travel:
- Hospital will cover
- Credentialing timeline:
- Expedited Onboarding hoping for ASAP start
- Requirements:
- Active LA state license
- Active DEA in LA or willing to transfer
- ATLS, ACLS, PALS
