As a Client Success Manager on our Permanent Recruiting Team, this role is best suited for an experienced full-cycle healthcare recruiter who excels at sourcing, screening, and closing candidates — while also serving as a trusted partner to clients throughout the hiring process.

This position blends hands-on recruiting delivery with client partnership, ensuring both candidate quality and client outcomes remain strong.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruiting & Candidate Delivery (Primary Focus)

  • Proactively source, identify, and engage qualified healthcare providers using Optigy’s internal database, job boards, referrals, and targeted outbound sourcing strategies, including passive candidate outreach.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess clinical background, experience, motivation, compensation expectations, and cultural alignment.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the interview, offer, and onboarding process.
  • Prepare high-quality candidate submissions that clearly articulate fit beyond what is reflected on a CV.
  • Manage candidate pipelines across multiple searches, ensuring consistent activity, follow-up, and momentum.
  • Guide candidates through interviews, offers, negotiations, and closing, partnering internally to secure successful placements.

Client Partnership & Account Support

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring alignment on role requirements, timelines, and expectations.
  • Partner with clients to understand hiring priorities, market dynamics, and candidate profiles needed for success.
  • Provide ongoing communication and updates on candidate activity, pipeline health, and market feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal leadership and delivery teams to ensure a strong candidate and client experience.
  • Help troubleshoot hiring process challenges and recommend adjustments to improve interview flow, offer acceptance, and time-to-fill.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record as a healthcare recruiter, consultant, or delivery-focused account manager within a third-party or in-house environment.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates, particularly in physician and advanced practice recruiting.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with candidates and clients alike.
  • Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Comfortable leveraging ATS/CRM systems, job boards, and outbound sourcing tools.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present candidates effectively and professionally.
  • High level of organization, accountability, and ownership over assigned searches.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
