An established and respected Family Urgent Care practice in Lancaster, CA is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a well-supported outpatient setting with a predictable schedule, no call responsibilities, and a strong focus on quality patient care.

Position Highlights

• Established Family Urgent Care clinic

• 100% outpatient practice

• Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

• No call

• Care for patients of all ages

• Diverse patient population with a mix of acute and routine healthcare needs

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $300,000-$350,000

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

• Eligible for California medical licensure
