Registered Nurse (RN) – Women’s Care (Labor & Delivery / LDRP) – Cape Coral, FL
COMPENSATION: $30.27 – $40.86 / hour (minimum to midpoint pay rate)
COMPENSATION (UP TO): Earn up to $55/hour (Critical Care) / up to $50/hour (non-critical care) (based on years of RN experience)
INCENTIVES: $12,000 – $15,000+ relocation package
Role Description:
This role is responsible for the safe delivery and documentation of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Performs responsibilities across five areas of nursing practice utilizing critical thinking, management, problem solving, and differentiation of urgency in the role of: clinician, teacher, researcher, leadership, and professional development. Directs and coordinates nursing care based on established clinical nursing practice standards subscribed to by the American Nursing Association and in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act and other regulatory standards. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. Supports the organization vision and mission. Incorporates age and cultural diversity into the provision of patient care. Contributes to quality nursing care through excellence in customer service and performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care. The nurse practice is guided by the code of ethics for nurses with interpretative statements.
Role:
- Department: Women’s Care Center
- Unit/Focus: Labor & Delivery (L&D) / LDRP
- Work Type: Part Time
- Shift: Days — 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM (12-hour shift)
- Location: Cape Coral, FL (on-site)
Incentives / Relocation:
- Relocation Package: $12,000 – $15,000+
- $7,000 relocation paid on 1st check (non-critical care)
- $10,000 relocation paid on 1st check (critical care)
- $5,400 expense support ( $1,800/mo x 3 months; paid on the first paycheck of the month each month )

Required Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred
- Experience: Experience required; competency assessment required. Experience requirements may vary by department (see Nursing Addendums)
- Certifications: AHA Healthcare Provider BLS (current for a minimum of 90 days after hire date; may vary by department)
- License: Currently licensed in the State of Florida
- Other: Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and customer service skills required
