- Will take ABEM, AOBEM, or ABFM with at least 2 years of ER experience
- Coverage Needs:
- Need October – Ongoing
- Must be able to cover 5+ shifts per month
- Shifts:
- Monday: 7a-3p, 2p-10p, 9p-7a
- Tuesday-Friday & Sunday: 7a-2:30p, 2p-9:30p, 9p-7a
- Saturday: 7a-2p, 2p-9p, 9p-7a
- Locums may work 12-hour shifts when operationally needed
- Setting:
- Freestanding ED
- No trauma designation
- Low volume
- Census:
- Annual Volume: ~23,500
- Patients Per Day: ~64
- EMS: ~15%
- Admission Rate: ~8.5%
- ED Beds: 15 beds + 2 fast track beds
- Support Staff:
- Daily APP coverage (12 hours)
- Backup Specialties
- Orthopedics
- Gastroenterology
- Tele-nephrology
- Tele-neurology
- Tele-psychiatry
- Procedures:
- All Standard ER procedures
- EMR:
- EPIC
- Board Certification:

- Active TX state license
