A well-established, physician-led healthcare system in Southwest Florida is seeking Full-Scope OBGYN Physicians to join its growing team in Fort Myers and Cape Coral, Florida.
This is an excellent opportunity for an OBGYN who enjoys a busy clinical practice, high delivery volume, gynecologic surgery, and the opportunity to maximize earning potential.

Compensation
New Graduate / Less Than 2 Years Experience – $350,000 base salary
Experienced Physician – $410,000 base salary
Additional Earning Potential

• RVU production bonus
• Salary guarantee initially
• Quarterly RVU bonus following the guarantee period
• Opportunity to transition to productivity-based compensation
• High-volume physicians can earn significantly above the guaranteed salary

Opportunity Highlights

• Full-Scope OBGYN – Obstetrics, Gynecology, Surgery & Women’s Health
• Approximately 300+ deliveries annually per physician
• Physician clinic volume of approximately 20-25 patients/day
• Dedicated OR time with a busy gynecologic surgery practice
• Da Vinci robotic surgery available
• Approximately 1:10 call
• Potential for a 4-day workweek, depending on coverage and call participation
• Strong 24/7 hospital support
• Local MFM support plus additional support

• Significant gynecologic surgical volume
• Dedicated OR time

This is a busy, full-spectrum OBGYN practice and is best suited for physicians who enjoy staying clinically active and want to maximize their professional and financial potential.
