We’re seeking an experienced Psychiatric NP, Psychiatric PA, or FNP for a full-time, ongoing opportunity at an inpatient adult psychiatric facility in Mansfield Center, Connecticut.

With a manageable daily patient volume and a defined medical oversight role, this is a great opportunity for an advanced practice provider who is comfortable working alongside a multidisciplinary behavioral health team.

• Schedule: Full-Time | Sunday-Saturday Coverage
• Setting: Inpatient Adult Psychiatry
• Unit: 56 Beds
• Patient Volume: Approximately 10-12 Patients/Day
• Active Connecticut License Required

What You’ll Do

The provider will focus on the general medical needs of the inpatient population, including:

• Performing physical examinations
• Providing medical assessments
• Managing routine medical concerns
• Completing clinical documentation
• Collaborating with the psychiatric and nursing teams

What We’re Looking For

• Psychiatric NP, PA, or FNP
• Active Connecticut license
• Comfortable working with an adult psychiatric population
• Available for full-time, ongoing coverage

Low daily volume. Full-time ongoing need. Meaningful work in an inpatient behavioral health setting.
