We’re seeking an experienced Board Certified CRNA for a full-time locums opportunity in Globe, Arizona. This assignment offers weekday day shifts, a diverse case mix, off-site call, and the potential for expedited credentialing.

Assignment Highlights

• Location: Globe, AZ
• Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7AM-3PM
• Coverage: 10-20 Shifts/Month
• Availability: Minimum 3 Weeks/Month
• Call: Off-Site Beeper Call
• Weekend Rotation: Every 4 Weeks
• Credentialing: Typically ~30 Days
• Emergency Privileges: Available for Clean Files
• ORs: 2 Main Operating Rooms

Case Mix

Primarily Orthopedics & General Surgery, plus:

• OB/GYN
• GI
• Occasional Cath Lab
• No Hearts or Neuro

What You’ll Need

• Active Arizona License – REQUIRED
• Board Certified CRNA
• ACLS & PALS
• Clean malpractice/background
• Full-time availability
• Current CV, CRNA Skills Checklist & EPA
• Phone/Zoom interview with clinical leadership

Call Coverage

Weekday call runs 3PM-7AM, with 24-hour weekend/holiday call. Call is off-site with callback as needed.
