We’re seeking a Michigan-licensed CRNA for a full-time locums opportunity in Alpena, MI, with orientation targeted for November 2, 2026.

The setup is simple: Monday-Friday, five 8-hour shifts, NO CALL, and a diverse OR case mix. This is an excellent opportunity for a CRNA looking for consistent weekday coverage without the unpredictability of nights or call.

CASE MIX

Stay clinically engaged across a variety of cases, including:

• General Surgery
• Orthopedics
• Urology
• OB/GYN
• Cataracts
• Endoscopies

Spinal experience is preferred.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
• NBCRNA
• Active Michigan license required
• AHA BLS
• AHA ACLS
• AHA PALS
• Recent clinical activity
• 75 patients within the past 12 months for case logs
• Ability to commit to full-time weekday coverage
