Position Overview

We welcome physicians with Value-Based Care (VBC) experience as well as those eager to learn.

• Value-Based Care; majority Medicare Advantage, chronic disease & preventive care focus
• 100% Outpatient
• $300K+ income potential
• 15-17 patients per day
• Integrated Care Team:
  • NP/PA
  • Medical Assistants
  • Social Workers
  • Lab & Pharmacy support
  • Referral coordination
