THE OPPORTUNITY

Provide nighttime Hospital Medicine coverage in a busy inpatient environment with the resources and support of an established hospital program.

The role is designed for an NP or PA comfortable with inpatient Hospital Medicine and admissions who can confidently contribute to overnight patient care.

Cross-credentialing at an additional Hospital Medicine location is required.

EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• 2 Years of Recent Hospitalist Experience Preferred
• New Graduates May Be Considered Based on Site Needs
• Strong Inpatient Clinical Skills
• Comfortable With Nocturnist Coverage
• ACLS Required
• Active Tennessee Licensure Required
• Tennessee DEA Required

NP REQUIREMENTS

• Board Certified through AANP or ANCC
• Active Tennessee RN License
• Active Tennessee NP License
• Tennessee DEA with TN Address
• Prescriptive Authority
• ACLS

PA REQUIREMENTS

• NCCPA Board Certified
• Active Tennessee Medical License
• DEA with Tennessee Address
• Required DEA Schedules
• ACLS
• Mentorship/Proctorship May Be Required
