Job description 

Our Concierge practice in Fairfax, Virginia is seeking an experienced Primary Care physician to assume care of an established concierge based patient panel following the current physician’s move toward retirement. 

The incoming physician will take over an established panel of approximately 250 patients, with a goal to grow to a full concierge panel of 400.

Position Details 

• Full-time employed position, Monday-Friday 

• Average under 10 patients per day 

• Manageable concierge call for your patient panel with support during PTO 

• Base salary plus bonus structure as your panel grows 

Qualifications 

We’re seeking a physician who demonstrates: 

• Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine 

• Active Virginia medical license or ability to obtain licensure 

• At least 5-7 years of outpatient primary care experience 

• Experience caring for older adults with multiple chronic conditions 

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills 

• Commitment to delivering high-touch, patient-centered care 

• Professionalism, integrity, and clinical excellence 

• A passion for developing meaningful, long-term patient relationships 

• Interest in practicing proactive, personalized medicine 

• Comfort performing office-based procedures, including biopsies and injections
