Position Overview:

Optigy is seeking Emergency Medicine physicians to join a high-volume, fully equipped freestanding Emergency Department in Albany, NY. This 24/7 facility offers comprehensive emergency care with modern diagnostic tools, onsite lab and imaging, and remote radiology reads. The role includes flexible scheduling, continuity of care through system-wide cross-credentialing, and an outstanding clinical environment for dedicated EM providers.

* ED Volume: 42,000 annual visits

* EMR: Epic

* Facility: Full-service freestanding ED with advanced diagnostics

* Cross-Credentialing: Available within a larger integrated health system

* Shift Structure: 8-9 hour shifts; shift maps available upon request

* Transfer Rate: 9-10%

* 24/7 Radiology reads available

* J-1 Visa Sponsorship Available

* $220/hr (W2)

* $260/hr (1099)

* Sign-On Bonus: $100,000

* CME/BEA: $4,000 tax-free annually

* New Grad Package: $6,500 + licensing costs (state & DEA) in year one
