Primary Care Physician–Sarasota, FL

Role:

• Compensation: Base $260,000 + up to 20% of base salary in bonus’
• Bonus’ based on: 1. Patient satisfaction rating 2. Living the company’s values 3. HEDIS compliance 4. Reducing hospital sick days
• Primary Care – Outpatient
• Value Based Care Model
• Patient population: Seniors with 3-5 complex diseases (Hearth disease, diabetes, hypertension etc.)
• Physicians have their own care team with MA/scheduler/ referral specialist and full support from leadership
