Primary Care Physician – 100% Outpatient | Value-Based Care | Las Vegas making over $300k year 1

Location: Las Vegas, NV

We are hiring Primary Care Physicians for a modern, value-based care (VBC) model focused exclusively on the Medicare Advantage population. These are 100% outpatient roles in brand-new centers launching in late 2025.

Designed for physicians who want to practice relationship-driven care in a supportive, team-based environment — with the time and resources to prioritize quality over volume.

Position Highlights:

• 100% outpatient primary care
• Patient volume: 12–14 per day
• Longer appointment times to support prevention and chronic care
• Dedicated care team: MA, scheduler, behavioral health, social work, RN support
• Holistically designed centers with on-site fitness, social, and wellness programs
• Target start dates: November–December 2025

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $265,000–$280,000 (negotiable)
• Bonus Structure:
• Up to 20% of base salary
• Based on attainable quality and satisfaction metrics (HEDIS, outcomes, etc.)
• Ongoing support from senior clinical leadership to help you meet targets
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $50,000 (paid within 30 days of start
