Where Are You From: Born in Mumbai, India and raised in Chicago, I’ve called Florida home for more than 20 years.

Professional Background: My healthcare recruiting experience spans value-based care and a wide range of specialties, including primary care, gastroenterology, hematology/oncology, pain management and advanced practice providers. I recruit nationally and have experience navigating complex searches and candidate needs across multiple states. I’ve also partnered with a large ACO to recruit for practices across its network, giving me a strong understanding of both individual practice needs and broader organizational goals. That perspective helps me support candidates as they consider their next career move while working closely with healthcare organizations to find the right long-term fit.
Approach: I focus on building relationships, not simply making placements. I take the time to understand what candidates and clients are really looking for, tailor my communication to the person and stay proactive throughout the process. For candidates, that means being an advocate who keeps them informed, prepared and supported. For clients, it means understanding the bigger picture behind a search and helping identify the right talent, not just filling an open position. I also think long-term. If the timing or fit isn’t right today, I keep the relationship going. My goal is to build enough trust on both sides that I become a true partner, not simply the recruiter facilitating a transaction.
Fun Fact / Outside of Work: I’m a wife and mom to an almost five-year-old boy who keeps us on our toes. Fun fact: my husband and I share a birthday. We’re birthday twins!
